The Role I

As Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across influencer, social media and digital channels. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and broader team, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing campaigns to life—from coordinating talent and content through to supporting photoshoots, social activity and performance reporting. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end influencer campaigns including sourcing, briefing, product send-outs and reporting.  

  • Coordinate marketing samples and maintain accurate product tracking systems.  

  • Assist with campaign planning including photoshoots, briefs and retail activations.  

  • Manage day-to-day social media activity including scheduling, posting and community engagement.  

  • Source and curate user-generated content aligned to brand direction. 

  • Write engaging copy across social captions and product descriptions.  

  • Assist with campaign reporting, insights and performance analysis.  

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external licensed brand partners.  

  • Provide general coordination across multiple marketing projects.  

  • Support ad hoc administrative and team requirements.  

The Skillset I

  • Experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.  

  • Strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing and digital content.  

  • Exposure to integrated marketing across retail and e-commerce environments.  

  • Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail.  

  • Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally.  

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools (desirable).  

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop) experience (desirable).  

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar (desirable).  

  • Strong awareness of social trends across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.  

  • Interest in fashion, retail and the Australian market.
