As the business continues to grow, its marketing function is evolving toward deeper community engagement, richer storytelling, and memorable real-life brand moments.
The Role I
This position reports directly to the Co-Founders and is responsible for bringing the brand’s creative direction to life through cohesive, community-driven marketing. It blends creativity with commercial strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and sales across online and in-store channels.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading end-to-end campaign and content execution across social, email, PR, and experiential channels.
Managing and growing the brand’s digital community across key platforms.
Owning email marketing, CRM communications, and segmentation strategy.
Coordinating partnerships, gifting, collaborations, and media features.
Delivering brand events and community activations that bring the brand world to life.
Providing reporting, insights, and recommendations based on performance analytics.
The Skillset I
3–5 years’ experience in marketing within lifestyle, fashion, interiors, or design.
Strong project management and event coordination capability.
Proven experience in partnerships, community building, and campaign management.
Excellent copywriting skills and confident communication style.
Strong creative judgement and passion for visual storytelling.
Proficiency in Meta Suite, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Shopify.
Ability to balance creative flair with commercial decision-making.
