The Brand I

This established lifestyle and homewares business is known for creating thoughtfully designed pieces that blend natural materials, comfort, and understated luxury. With a strong focus on elevating everyday rituals, the brand is dedicated to delivering a warm, immersive, and design-led customer experience across both digital and physical touchpoints. As the business continues to grow, its marketing function is evolving toward deeper community engagement, richer storytelling, and memorable real-life brand moments.

The Role I

This position reports directly to the Co-Founders and is responsible for bringing the brand’s creative direction to life through cohesive, community-driven marketing. It blends creativity with commercial strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and sales across online and in-store channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end campaign and content execution across social, email, PR, and experiential channels.

  • Managing and growing the brand’s digital community across key platforms.

  • Owning email marketing, CRM communications, and segmentation strategy.

  • Coordinating partnerships, gifting, collaborations, and media features.

  • Delivering brand events and community activations that bring the brand world to life.

  • Providing reporting, insights, and recommendations based on performance analytics.

The Skillset I

  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing within lifestyle, fashion, interiors, or design.

  • Strong project management and event coordination capability.

  • Proven experience in partnerships, community building, and campaign management.

  • Excellent copywriting skills and confident communication style.

  • Strong creative judgement and passion for visual storytelling.

  • Proficiency in Meta Suite, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Shopify.

  • Ability to balance creative flair with commercial decision-making.
