The Role |
As Senior Store Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of building and shaping this store’s culture. You’ll recruit and develop top talent, tailoring coaching and feedback to empower your team to reach both personal and professional milestones. With strong collaboration alongside the Support Office, you’ll leverage the right systems, people, and product strategies to build and grow the business. Your deep understanding of the local market, coupled with your ability to forge strong networks, will ensure you maximise every opportunity to drive awareness and elevate performance. Known for your optimistic leadership style and commercial acumen, you’ll cultivate strong relationships that underpin long-term success.
The Skillset |
Previous experience in outlet or high-volume retail (or fast-paced service environments) is highly regarded
Minimum 2 years’ experience leading a team of 15–20+
Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving business results
Advanced communication, organisation, and planning skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Skilled in recruiting, coaching, and developing talent for long-term succession
Ability to identify and respond to trends and opportunities while upholding brand values
Passion for delivering exceptional brand presentation and customer experiences
