The Role |

  • Lead the execution of visual merchandising strategies across your state/region

  • Drive customer engagement through inspiring displays and innovative in-store experiences

  • Partner with the State Manager on store projects, including openings, refits, and relocations

  • Collaborate with Regional Leaders to ensure stores are adequately supported for project execution

  • Deliver training and development to store teams to build strong VM capability

  • Provide consistent feedback, coaching, and insights to improve visual performance across stores

The Skillset |

  • Previous retail experience, with a background in visual merchandising highly advantageous

  • Strong eye for detail, creativity, and innovation in visual presentation

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across teams

  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to tailor strategies to different markets

  • Results-driven, with proven ability to influence sales through VM execution
