As Store Director, you will embody this ethos, a hands-on and strategic leader who drives excellence through people, client experience, and performance. You’ll set the standard for retail leadership, ensuring your flagship boutique reflects the brand’s values and vision.

The Role |

We are seeking an accomplished and inspiring Store Director to lead the Sydney CBD flagship boutique. This is a senior leadership role, reporting to the National Sales Manager, with close collaboration across the Melbourne-based Head Office. You will be responsible for driving commercial success, elevating the client journey, and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results in one of Australia’s most prestigious retail environments.

Leadership | Lead, inspire, and develop a talented retail team to achieve operational and service excellence. You’ll be a visible and empowering presence on the boutique floor — coaching, mentoring, and creating a culture of accountability, pride, and high performance.

Client Experience | Champion a world-class client experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s refined standards. Build and maintain meaningful client relationships through personal styling, CRM engagement, and service that exceeds expectations.

Sales & Results | Drive business performance and profitability by leading your team to exceed sales targets and KPIs. Use data and insight to identify growth opportunities, optimise productivity, and strengthen the store’s commercial outcomes.

Operational Excellence | Oversee all aspects of boutique operations — from stock management and compliance to visual presentation and rostering. Maintain rigorous standards to ensure efficiency, consistency, and a seamless brand experience.

Brand Standards | Uphold and communicate the brand’s vision through exceptional service, presentation, and leadership. Inspire your team to represent the brand with confidence, authenticity, and professionalism at every touchpoint.

Collaboration | Work closely with the Melbourne Head Office, National Sales Manager, and cross-functional partners to execute strategic initiatives, share insights, and drive performance across the broader retail network.

The Skills |

  • Proven experience as a Store Director, Flagship Manager, or Multi-Site Manager within a luxury or premium retail environment.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse business performance and drive results.

  • Inspirational leadership with a focus on team development and coaching.

  • Sophisticated personal presentation and a genuine passion for client experience.

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

  • A proactive and collaborative approach with the confidence to operate autonomously in a senior capacity.
