The Role |
The Logistics & Operations Manager will lead and scale the logistics function across multiple international markets and will be responsible for overseeing global warehousing and fulfillment through 3PLs, building scalable processes, driving integration across systems, and using data to optimize operations. This is a high-impact role and comprises of 4 key areas -
Logistics & Fulfillment
Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers across key global markets
Ensure SLAs are met across warehousing, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery.
Identify and onboard new 3PL partners as the business expands into new territories.
Operational Partnerships
Lead operational due diligence and onboarding of new retail, wholesale, and marketplace partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, ensuring seamless integration with internal systems and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies.
Systems & Integration
Oversee the integration of logistics platforms, inventory management systems and e-commerce tools.
Work closely with internal tech teams or vendors to ensure smooth data flow and system functionality across order management, fulfillment, and returns.
Champion automation and process efficiency across the operations function.
Data, Reporting & Optimization
Develop KPIs and dashboards to track logistics performance, shipping costs, inventory turnover, and fulfillment accuracy.
Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for cost-saving or service improvement.
Forecast logistics needs and capacity planning based on sales projections and seasonal trends.
The Skillset |
4+ years' experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, preferably in fashion, or e-commerce.
Proven experience managing international 3PLs and scaling logistics across multiple markets.
Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, ERP/WMS systems, and integration tools.
Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Highly analytical, data-driven, and comfortable working with Excel/Sheets, BI tools, and logistics dashboards.
A natural collaborator and communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
