The Role |

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Lead Store Advisor to support the success of a premium retail environment in Sydney.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused setting and enjoys leading by example. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, supporting daily operations, coaching team members, and creating a premium in-store experience.

You'll oversee a dedicated focus area across operations, product, visual merchandising, community, or people, while contributing to the overall success of the store. From customer engagement and stock management to maintaining visual standards and team culture, you'll be an important part of bringing the brand experience to life.

The Skillset I

  • 2+ years' experience in retail or customer-facing environments, ideally in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Passion for premium retail, movement, fashion, sport, or lifestyle brands.

  • Ability to motivate and coach team members in a positive and collaborative way.

  • Strong operational skills including cash handling, stock management, and opening/closing procedures.

  • Eye for detail with a strong understanding of visual merchandising and store presentation.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.

  • Experience with ERP or POS systems is advantageous but not essential.

  • A genuine passion for creating inclusive and engaging customer experiences.
