As the brand continues to grow, we’re looking for a Regional Manager to take the lead across 7 locations in NSW, working closely between HQ and stores to drive performance, elevate standards, and inspire teams.

The Role |

  • Lead and empower Store and Showroom Managers across 7 NSW locations, coaching them to consistently deliver sales results and exceptional customer experiences

  • Partner closely with HQ, acting as the critical link between strategy and execution in-store

  • Oversee store performance, analysing sales data and implementing tailored action plans to optimise revenue and growth

  • Ensure consistency in showroom standards, operational excellence, and visual merchandising across all locations

  • Develop and deliver training, succession planning, and ongoing development for managers and teams

  • Build a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and creativity that reflects the brand’s design-driven ethos

  • Regularly visit stores while balancing HQ-based strategy, reporting, and leadership responsibilities

The Skillset |

  • Must have multi-site leadership experience in the furniture industry

  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and operational excellence across multiple locations

  • Inspirational leadership style with the ability to coach, mentor, and elevate high-performing managers and teams

  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence in leveraging sales reports, KPIs, and business insights to inform decision-making

  • An appreciation for interiors, design, and customer engagement—bringing both an operational and creative mindset

  • Highly organised, adaptable, and driven to deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment
