This stunning New Zealand based brand is flying high – with a range of boutiques across New Zealand – we are working with them as they expand their retail footprint into Australia. Known for elevated edits in fashion and homewares – you may not know the name but you will recognize the stunning range of brands on offer. They are a purpose led brand, who are people centric, and values aligned. This is your chance to take the lead on their Sydney Flagship location based in Warringah.
The Role |
This is your opportunity to shape the Sydney story – building out a team of passionate retailers, creating exceptional moments instore – your role will be focused on brand building, executing their retail strategy and creating commercial excellence. This role is suited to someone who is ready for that Cluster or Area Manager role – you will pave the way for the brand in Australia and be operating with autonomy and ownership.
You will be setting the standard for the store’s culture and ensuring the brand’s experience comes to life for every customer. You’ll drive the team - inspiring and empowering your people while fostering an inclusive, uplifting environment. You’ll bring a high level of care, and operational excellence to everything you do.
Drive excellence across all day-to-day operations across the boutique
Build and coach a team of stylists to deliver a brand aligned customer experience
Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to drive sales and efficiency
Maintain high visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation
Develop a warm, inclusive and energetic culture that reflects the brand’s values
The Skillset |
You will bring evident experience in a retail manager role as a Senior Store Manager or Cluster Manager.
Life experience and maturity that guides and empowers your team
Passionate about providing warm, personalised service and building genuine customer connections.
A people person and team player — you love to lead, motivate and bring energy to those around you.
Sales-focused with a sharp eye for detail and high operational standards.
Flexible, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Interested in fashion, sustainability, and purposeful retail.
Excited about being part of something new and meaningful, with a brand that puts values first.
