Known for elevated edits in fashion and homewares – you may not know the name but you will recognize the stunning range of brands on offer. The Role |

You’ll be the Store Manager’s trusted partner — a natural leader who knows how to energise a team, take initiative, and keep things running smoothly. Whether it’s supporting day-to-day operations, mentoring team members, or elevating the customer experience, you’ll play a hands-on role in driving the store’s success.

  • Support the Store Manager to drive excellence across all day-to-day operations across the boutique

  • Coach a team of stylists to deliver a brand aligned customer experience

  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation

  • Develop a warm, inclusive and energetic culture that reflects the brand’s values

The Skillset |

You will bring evident experience in a retail manager role as an experienced Assistant Manager or junior Store Manager

  • Life experience and maturity that guides and empowers your team

  • Passionate about providing warm, personalised service and building genuine customer connections.

  • A people person and team player — you love to lead, motivate and bring energy to those around you.

  • Sales-focused with a sharp eye for detail and high operational standards.

  • Flexible, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Interested in fashion, sustainability, and purposeful retail.

  • Excited about being part of something new and meaningful, with a brand that puts values first.
