We are sourcing an experienced Field Coach to join their team, based in Brisbane.

The Role |

As a Field Coach, you will play a vital role in elevating the retail team’s performance across the region. Focused on people and development, you will work closely with store teams to drive operational excellence, deliver exceptional client experiences, and enhance capability through coaching, training, and on-the-ground support.

You will be passionate about retail development, able to inspire and upskill individuals and teams to reach their full potential, and possess strong emotional intelligence and leadership presence.

• Be a key brand ambassador, embodying company values, standards, and expectations

• Deliver hands-on coaching, mentoring, and training to in-store teams

• Support store leadership to drive individual and team performance

• Build a culture of continuous learning and improvement

• Champion the client journey, ensuring every interaction is elevated and aligned with brand standards

• Provide insightful feedback and guidance to improve service and operational execution

• Facilitate onboarding and development pathways for new and existing team members

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to support regional goals and priorities

• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced retail environment

• Identify growth potential and support succession planning initiatives

The Skills |

You are an experienced retail professional with a background in fashion, passionate about developing others and lifting performance through coaching. Based in Brisbane, you are known for your energy, positivity, and ability to empower others to succeed. You are hands-on, engaging, and thrive on bringing out the best in people.

• Experience as a Field Coach, Trainer, Area Manager, or similar role within the fashion industry

• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities

• Proven track record of developing high-performing retail teams

• Deep understanding of luxury retail standards and service excellence

• Ability to give clear, constructive feedback in a motivating and respectful way

• Comfortable working across multiple locations and adapting to varying team needs

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

• A collaborative and solutions-focused approach
