The Brand | 

Our client is an internationally renowned leading health and beauty brand with a range of products that focus on beauty from within. With an engaged and driven team committed to health and premium products they are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to join their team on a parental leave contract (12 months). 
  
The Role | 
 
The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end execution and optimisation of E-Commerce performance across the brands platforms globally. The role partners closely with Marketing, Digital, Supply Chain and external agencies to drive conversion, revenue growth and a seamless omni-channel customer experience.

  • Working with the Global Senior Digital & E-Commerce Manager to develop E-Commerce strategies to drive E-commerce conversion, subscription and loyalty. 

  • Efficiently implement the E-Commerce strategy to continue to deliver a seamless omni-channel experience for customers. 

  • Setting up promotional campaigns in line with planning activity, for specific audiences with comprehensive messaging and thorough testing. 

  • Maintaining knowledge of new technologies and strategies to improve E-Commerce performance with focus on conversion optimisation. 

  • Working efficiently with Web Developers and external providers, to execute integrations & new technology/platform solutions. 

  • Driving conversion optimisation and utilise A/B testing.

  • Ensuring website is consistently up to date and aligned to marketing calendars, product launches, TGA requirements etc. 

  • Working closely with Supply Chain and Sales to set up bundles, NPD and SKUs on Shopify. 

  • Ensuring product is optimally merchandised, product information and pricing is up to date on the website. 

  • Conducting regular analysis on all core e-commerce KPI’s including site traffic, conversion, AOV, channel performance, page performance and shopping behaviour to present in weekly trade meetings. 

The Skillset | 

  • 4–6+ years’ experience in an E-Commerce or digital trading role, with strong hands-on ownership of online performance. 

  • Proven experience managing Shopify-based E-Commerce websites. 

  • Strong capability in analytics and performance reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Shopify, Triple Whale).

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and E-Commerce industry trends.
