The Role |
As eCommerce Coordinator, you will play a key role in strengthening the brand's digital performance and customer experience across New Zealand and Australia. Combining creativity, commercial thinking and data-led decision-making, you will take ownership of CRM and email marketing while supporting paid media, website optimisation and broader eCommerce activity.
Key responsibilities will include:
Owning Klaviyo across campaigns, segmentation, automation, customer journeys and reporting
Developing initiatives that increase customer retention, loyalty and lifetime value
Supporting Google Ads performance in partnership with the brand's agency, with the opportunity to build towards greater ownership of paid channels
Maintaining Google Merchant Centre, product feeds and website content
Supporting SEO and AI-search visibility to improve online discoverability
Analysing performance through GA4, Klaviyo, Profit Peak and AI-powered tools
Translating customer and trading data into clear, commercially focused recommendations
Monitoring customer behaviour, competitor activity and emerging digital trends
Partnering with Customer Care to identify pain points and improve the online customer journey
Supporting the eCommerce calendar across campaigns, promotions, launches and key trading periods
Testing and optimising digital activity to improve engagement, conversion and customer experience
This is a role with genuine scope to grow, offering increased responsibility as the business continues to expand its digital capability.
The Skillset |
You will be a proactive and commercially minded digital professional with at least two years' experience across eCommerce, CRM, lifecycle marketing or digital marketing, gained either agency-side or within a brand.
You will also bring:
Hands-on experience using Klaviyo or a comparable CRM platform
Experience delivering email campaigns, segmentation strategies and automated customer journeys
A strong understanding of eCommerce principles, conversion drivers and the online customer journey
Confidence interpreting data and translating insights into practical recommendations
Experience using analytics platforms such as GA4
An interest in AI tools, automation and prompting to improve efficiency and performance
The ability to collaborate effectively with agencies and cross-functional teams
Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
A curious, solutions-focused approach and genuine test-and-learn mindset
The confidence to take ownership, work autonomously and learn quickly
