The Brand I

Our client is a premium multi-brand fashion retailer known for its curated edit of elevated wardrobe essentials, event dressing and resort wear. With a strong client-first approach and a growing digital presence, the business is entering an exciting next phase while continuing to protect the quality, service and brand standards it is known for.  

The Role I

Reporting to the Brand Director, the Digital & eCommerce Manager will lead the brands ecommerce performance, digital trade and customer experience strategy. This role is responsible for driving online growth through platform optimisation, CRM, customer journey improvements and digital performance, while ensuring all digital touchpoints reflect the premium standards of the brand.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Own eCommerce performance, digital trade and online revenue growth  

  • Lead ecommerce trade performance, CRM strategy and customer retention initiatives across key channels 

  • Partner with the Brand Director to ensure digital execution aligns with brand and commercial priorities  

  • Oversee website merchandising, customer journey optimisation, CRO initiatives and UX improvements to drive conversion and customer engagement  

  • Oversee digital execution and ensure ecommerce initiatives are aligned across CRM, website and acquisition channels

  • Lead website redevelopment projects, platform enhancements and digital integrations

  • Own Shopify performance, functionality and optimisation roadmap

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across acquisition, retention and reactivation

  • Lead A/B testing initiatives across website and CRM to improve customer experience and conversion

  • Manage EDM, customer retention and lifecycle marketing activity  

  • Manage agency partners and external suppliers across digital and creative  

  • Analyse performance across traffic, conversion, AOV, retention and ROI  

  • Lead, support and hold accountable a small internal team  

The Skillset I

We’re looking for a commercially sharp digital and eCommerce leader with experience in premium or luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, beauty or a similar consumer-led environment. 

You will bring: 

  • Advanced Shopify experience, essential  

  • 5+ years’ experience in ecommerce, digital trade or ecommerce operations within a premium retail, fashion, beauty or lifestyle environment  

  • Experience managing website redevelopment, platform enhancements or digital projects

  • Strong understanding of customer journey optimisation, lifecycle marketing and conversion rate optimisation

  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo flows, segmentation and retention strategy

  • Proven experience owning digital trade and eCommerce performance  

  • Strong understanding of paid media, CRM, CRO and digital optimisation  

  • Experience leading campaigns across digital, content, social and retail channels 

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into action  

  • Confidence managing agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders  

  • Experience leading and developing small teams  

  • A hands-on, detail-focused approach with the ability to move between strategy and execution

Please note this role is based 5 days in the Armadale office.
