The Role |
As Head of Boutique, you will lead a significant luxury retail business, inspiring a large leadership team while driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and a truly client-centric culture.
Balancing strategic leadership with a strong presence on the boutique floor, you will champion the highest standards of luxury retail, empowering your team to build meaningful client relationships and deliver personalised experiences that create lifelong brand loyalty.
Working collaboratively with regional leadership and cross-functional partners, you will influence every aspect of the boutique—from people development and succession planning to business strategy and client engagement—creating an environment where both your team and your clients feel inspired every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching, and developing a large, high-performing luxury retail team
Creating an inspiring culture centred around exceptional client experiences and long-term relationship building
Driving sales performance, profitability, and boutique productivity
Developing future leaders through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning
Ensuring impeccable operational execution, visual presentation, and inventory management
Analysing business performance and implementing strategies to maximise commercial opportunities
Building strong partnerships with regional leadership and Head Office teams
Championing a culture of excellence where luxury service and people development remain at the heart of the business

Extensive leadership experience within luxury or premium retail
A proven ability to lead large, high-performing teams while creating an inspiring culture

A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing future retail leaders
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
