The Brand |  

Our client is a Swiss luxury watchmaker that has been making classic timepieces for over 100 years. Known for their precision timing and high-quality watches, they continue to stay relevant through innovative design and exceptional engineering.

The Role | 

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, support and assist the Boutique Manager with all daily retail duties. You play a central role on the sales floor actively contributing sales, working alongside the member of the team, actively coaching and stiving to increasing boutique sales and achieving objectives set out. You work to deliver memorable experience and services to your clients. In addition:

  • Be a passionate brand ambassador, embodying the brands DNA in and outside the boutique, especially at events.

  • Energetic, self-motivated, action and results oriented.

  • Reviews store KPIs, identifies growth opportunities, builds actionable plans, and drives follow-through with clear communication and feedback.

  • Build, nurture and maintain a VIP database - driving proactive engagement and communicating when new styles arrive in store.

  • Proposes new ideas to develop sales (merchandising, events, product mix).

The Skillset | 

To be successful in this role we are looking for profiles who are creative, and results-driven - someone who can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. Technical skill matters, but personality and relationship building is key!

  • Previous management experience in a luxury/retail environment.

  • You have a passion for watches, new trends in lifestyle and new technologies. Knowledge of the Brand DNA & history is a added bonus!

  • Able to effectively lead a team, able to coach and develop a high-performing team.

  • Agile manager, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • The ability to work with people of various backgrounds including open communication and making sound decisions.

  • You have a client centric mindset, experience in clienteling and the ability to nurture long lasting relationships and build new client relationships.

  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
