The Role |

An opportunity has arisen for a CRM Specialist (or Senior CRM Specialist, depending on experience) to join a growing digital and customer function during a pivotal transformation period. This role will suit someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution; someone equally comfortable diving into customer data and segmentation as they are building campaigns, collaborating with creative teams and identifying opportunities to improve the end-to-end customer journey. 

Working closely with senior eCommerce leadership, you’ll play a key role in shaping customer retention, engagement and loyalty initiatives across multiple digital touchpoints. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies focused on customer engagement, retention and loyalty  

  • Manage and optimise EDM campaigns, automated flows and customer communications  

  • Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour to drive actionable insights  

  • Own customer segmentation strategies to improve engagement and conversion outcomes  

  • Collaborate with eCommerce, marketing and creative teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns  

  • Contribute to the evolution of loyalty and customer lifecycle strategies  

  • Support ongoing digital transformation and CRM platform optimisation projects  

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys across email, SMS and digital channels  

  • Implement testing strategies across subject lines, send times, creative and audience targeting  

  • Maintain CRM databases and ensure compliance with privacy regulations and data governance  

  • Provide reporting and recommendations to support commercial and customer growth objectives  

  • Support ad hoc campaign execution, copywriting and project delivery when required  

The Skill Set I

  • Previous experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer retention roles  

  • Strong understanding of EDM platforms, customer segmentation and campaign optimisation  

  • Data-led mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies  

  • Experience working within eCommerce, retail, fashion or consumer-led environments preferred  

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving business environment  

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution  

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills  

  • Excellent written communication and campaign briefing skills  

  • Exposure to loyalty programs, customer journeys or automation flows highly regarded  

  • Commercially minded with a customer-first approach  

  • Self-sufficient, proactive and adaptable working style  

  • Passion for fashion, digital innovation and customer experience
