The Role I
We are seeking a Creative Marketing Manager to join this growing lifestyle and homewares brand in Sydney. Reporting directly to the Co-Founders, this role will sit at the intersection of brand, content, community, campaigns, partnerships, and experiential marketing.
This is a highly creative, hands-on role for someone who can take a founder-led creative vision and translate it into compelling marketing moments across social, email, PR, events, retail, and digital channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping how the brand connects with its audience, bringing seasonal narratives, product launches, collaborations, and community experiences to life in a way that feels distinctive, elevated, and commercially effective.
This opportunity would suit a creative marketer with strong taste, excellent copywriting skills, a deep understanding of brand storytelling, and the organisational ability to deliver campaigns, content, partnerships, and events from concept through to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate the brand’s creative direction into integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, PR, retail, partnerships, and experiential channels
Bring seasonal stories, product launches, material narratives, and brand moments to life through compelling content and campaign execution
Lead creative brainstorming and contribute fresh ideas that elevate how the brand connects with its community
Build and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are aligned with brand priorities, product launches, commercial goals, and key cultural moments
Collaborate closely with founders, content creators, design, e-commerce, retail, agencies, and external partners to ensure a cohesive brand experience
Write and edit engaging marketing copy across campaign assets, email, social media, event communications, partnerships, and digital channels
Manage and grow the brand’s digital community across Instagram, Pinterest, and emerging platforms including TikTok and LinkedIn
Work with content creators to produce high-quality visual storytelling that reflects the brand’s tone, aesthetic, and customer experience
Oversee tone of voice, community engagement, and creative consistency across all digital platforms
Partner with the digital advertising agency to ensure paid campaigns are aligned with the brand’s creative direction and commercial objectives
Plan, write, schedule, and optimise email marketing campaigns that feel personal, considered, and connected to key brand moments
Maintain CRM segmentation and automations to support meaningful customer communication
Identify, develop, and manage creative partnerships, collaborations, gifting opportunities, media features, and co-branded activations
Work with the founders to ensure partnerships align creatively, commercially, and culturally with the brand
Concept and deliver in-store activations, collection launches, intimate events, and community experiences that bring the brand world to life
Manage event logistics including suppliers, RSVPs, timelines, content capture, promotion, and post-event reporting
Leverage every event, collaboration, and campaign across digital, PR, retail, and community channels
Monitor marketing performance across all channels and share insights, recommendations, and creative learnings with the founders
Stay close to emerging trends across lifestyle, interiors, fashion, design, retail, digital culture, community, and experiential marketing .
The Skillset I
3–5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within lifestyle, fashion, interiors, design, retail, beauty, wellness, or another brand-led category
Proven experience developing and executing creative marketing campaigns, content, partnerships, events, or community activations
Strong creative judgment and a refined visual eye, with a genuine passion for storytelling, design, aesthetics, and brand culture
Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to capture tone, emotion, and connection
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
Experience coordinating events, launches, activations, partnerships, or experiential brand moments
Confident managing social media, email marketing, CRM, and digital campaign activity
Comfortable working with performance metrics, insights, reporting, and optimisation
Experience using tools such as Meta Suite, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Shopify, CRM platforms, and digital marketing analytics tools
Collaborative, proactive, and highly organised, with the confidence to work closely with founders, agencies, creators, retail teams, and external partners
A balance of creative instinct, commercial awareness, and strong execution
The Offer I
This is a full-time Creative Marketing Manager opportunity based in Sydney and reporting directly to the Co-Founders of a growing lifestyle and homewares brand.
The role offers close exposure to the founders and leadership team, with involvement across brand direction, product storytelling, creative development, digital marketing, retail, partnerships, events, and community growth.
