The Role |
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Concession Manager to lead the Bondi Junction concession. This role is perfect for a passionate retail leader who thrives on building meaningful client relationships, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional results.
As the face of the brand within a luxury retail environment, you will be responsible for creating an elevated shopping experience, driving sales performance, and ensuring the concession consistently reflects the brand's premium positioning.
Leadership | Lead, coach, and inspire your team through hands-on leadership and a customer-first approach.
Client Experience | Deliver personalised styling services and cultivate long-term client relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge.
Sales & Results | Drive sales performance, KPI achievement, and commercial outcomes while identifying opportunities for business growth.
Operational Excellence | Manage day-to-day concession operations, including stock management, reporting, visual merchandising, and compliance.
Brand Standards | Ensure all visual, service, and operational standards are executed to the highest level.
Relationship Management | Build strong partnerships with department store stakeholders and collaborate effectively with regional and Head Office teams.
The Skillset |
Previous experience as a Concession Manager, Store Manager, or Senior Assistant Manager within a premium or luxury retail environment.
Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets.
Passion for styling, luxury fashion, and creating memorable customer experiences.
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.
Exceptional clientelling and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational and operational management capabilities.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric retail environment.
