Our client is an established Australian fashion retailer known for its modern, effortless approach to style across both women’s and menswear. With a strong national presence and an exciting period of growth underway, they are continuing to expand their department store footprint across Australia.
We are now looking for an experienced Concession Manager to lead their Myer Bendigo location.
The Role |
As Concession Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the business, leading a small team across both women’s and menswear.
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading, coaching and developing your team to achieve individual and store goals
Driving sales performance and key commercial KPIs
Creating an engaging and personalised customer experience
Building genuine customer relationships and encouraging repeat business
Maintaining strong visual merchandising and presentation standards
Managing rosters, wages and day-to-day operational requirements
Working collaboratively with the wider business and department store teams
The Skillset |
You’ll be an experienced retail leader who is confident balancing people, customer experience and commercial performance.
You will bring:
Previous experience as a Store Manager, Concession Manager or experienced Assistant Manager
A genuine love of fashion, styling and working with customers
A supportive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach and motivate a small team
Strong commercial awareness across sales, wages, shrinkage and KPIs
Confidence building long-term customer relationships
Strong visual merchandising and operational standards
The ability to work collaboratively within a department store environment
