The Role |
We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Cluster Manager to lead a portfolio of boutiques, driving commercial performance, customer experience, and team engagement across multiple locations.
This role is ideal for a hands-on retail leader who thrives on developing people, building high-performing cultures, and delivering strong commercial outcomes. Working closely with Store Managers, you will provide coaching, support, and strategic direction to ensure each boutique consistently achieves its sales, service, and operational objectives.
Balancing leadership with commercial accountability, you will be responsible for creating an environment where both teams and customers feel empowered, connected, and inspired.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and developing a portfolio of Store Managers and retail teams across multiple locations
Driving sales performance and achieving key commercial metrics across the cluster
Coaching leaders to enhance team capability, customer experience, and operational excellence
Analysing business performance and implementing action plans to drive results
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and talent development
Ensuring consistent execution of visual merchandising, operational standards, and brand initiatives
Building a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture
Partnering with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement
Leading change initiatives and ensuring successful execution across the cluster

The ideal candidate is a commercially savvy retail leader with a passion for people, performance, and customer experience.
You will bring:
Proven experience in a Cluster Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager, or multi-site leadership role
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and profitability
Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing retail teams
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong retail cultures
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Strong organisational and time-management capabilities
Experience analysing retail performance data and translating insights into action
A collaborative, people-first leadership style with the ability to inspire and motivate others
