We have an exciting opportunity for a Cluster Manager to oversee the Boutique and Concession space in Chatswood, NSW. Their teams are genuine, knowledgeable and provide an exceptional customer experience through styling and relationship building.
The Role |
Reporting to the State Manager, you will lead the way with your team – you believe that Manager’s have the most impact on the shop floor, and you understand what a VIP experience looks like for your clients. You will be supported by a talented Assistant Manager and wider team of stylists. You will work to achieve your KPI’s as a store and individual, taking ownership of results, building the client base, and managing all operations.

The Skills |
You have a sense of confidence and style – your ability to lead your team to success will be key here. You set clear expectations and are passionate about your own growth as well as your teams. In addition:
You have previous sales experience in a similar fashion retailer.
You come to us with a deep understanding of what it means to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
A thorough understanding of all KPI's and in store financials.
You have an innate ability to inspire, empower, and guide a team to success. You’re professional and results focused leadership style
Up to date knowledge on market trends, particularly in menswear .
The ability to problem solve, show resilience, look for areas of opportunity and drive the business as your own.
