We are seeking a commercially astute and operationally exceptional leader to partner with the Founder & CEO in shaping and executing the next stage of growth

The Role |

As COO / GM of Operations, you will take full ownership of business operations, driving performance, scalability, and execution across retail, warehouse, logistics, and customer experience functions.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic capability and operational depth. You will lead transformation across systems, processes, and people, building the infrastructure, discipline, and culture required to support rapid expansion.

You will play a critical role in:

  • Delivering a national retail growth strategy

  • Building high-performing, accountable teams

  • Elevating customer experience to a premium standard

  • Embedding operational excellence across all functions

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Growth

  • Execute the company’s growth strategy, driving revenue and profitability outcomes

  • Lead national retail expansion, including new store rollout (target: 8+ stores over 24 months)

  • Optimise commercial models across retail and distribution channels

  • Establish governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and performance dashboards

Operational Excellence

  • Conduct end-to-end operational review across warehousing, inventory, pricing, and customer service

  • Implement scalable systems, workflows, and process improvements

  • Drive automation and integration across ERP, POS, CRM, and WMS platforms

  • Introduce AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency and decision-making

Retail & Customer Experience

  • Oversee multi-site retail operations, ensuring consistency in standards and performance

  • Define and track KPIs across all locations

  • Build training programs to elevate sales capability and product expertise

  • Deliver a premium, seamless customer experience across all touchpoints

Warehouse & Supply Chain

  • Optimise inventory management, stock accuracy, and flow

  • Improve warehouse layout, processes, and productivity

  • Lead stocktake discipline and clearance strategies

  • Ensure accountability, security, and operational efficiency

People & Culture

  • Redesign organisational structure aligned to growth

  • Build leadership capability across all operational teams

  • Implement performance frameworks with clear KPIs and accountability

  • Foster a high-performance, customer-first culture

Data, Pricing & Governance

  • Drive pricing strategy aligned to margin and market positioning

  • Ensure integrity of operational and financial data

  • Establish executive reporting, dashboards, and compliance frameworks

  • Manage risk across supply chain, operations, and regulatory requirements

The Skillset |

You are a proven operator with deep experience in multi-site retail environments and a track record of scaling businesses through disciplined execution.

You bring:

  • Executive-level experience as a COO, GM, or senior operations leader

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue and EBITDA growth

  • Expertise in retail operations, logistics, and inventory management

  • Experience leading store rollouts and national expansion strategies

  • A track record of building high-performing teams and embedding accountability

  • Advanced systems knowledge (ERP, POS, CRM, WMS) and process optimisation

  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution

Highly regarded:

  • Experience in premium or luxury retail environments

  • Exposure to AI, automation, and digital transformation
