This Fashion Houses success is honoured through their timeless design and considered commitment to tradition and modernity. They are now seeking a Brand Art Director to join them based in Melbourne.
The Role |
Reporting to the Head of Brand - the Brand Art Director is responsible for leading the creative execution of campaign and e-commerce imagery in line with brand standards. The role translates the design vision into elevated, aligned and impactful brand assets from campaign through to eCommerce and social media.
This role acts as the brand custodian – driving alignment through campaign storytelling and product presentation. They will manage the entirety of the production process from concept and styling through to shoot execution, postproduction and final delivery. This role will work closely with the Visual Content Director and the wider digital and marketing teams.
Lead art direction for all campaign and e-commerce shoots, ensuring creative outcomes reflect the brand’s elevated aesthetic and design intent.
Provide clear direction to photographers, stylists, and models to ensure output meets both creative and commercial requirements.
Oversee final image selection and post-production to maintain brand consistency, product accuracy, and visual excellence.
Maintain and evolve visual guidelines for campaign and e-commerce content.
Partner with the design room and Head of Brand to translate seasonal inspiration into campaign imagery and storytelling.
Manage and develop the E-commerce Stylist and Sample Coordinator, ensuring alignment to seasonal vision and brand standards.
Lead style-out days, approving looks and ensuring readiness for shoot execution.
Engage and direct external stylists, photographers, and production partners when required.
Partner with the Visual Content Director and Head of Brand to secure final approvals.

A personal interest in fashion, the arts and history, whilst still being excited and up to date with emerging and current trends.
An in-depth knowledge of content marketing trends, digital platforms and understanding content performance metrics
