The Role |
We are seeking passionate and driven Assistant Boutique Leaders across multiple locations in Sydney to support the day-to-day leadership of high-performing boutiques.
This is a hands-on role that combines styling, selling, coaching, and operational excellence. Working closely with the Boutique Leader, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving commercial results, and fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
Locations: Liverpool, Macquarie, Merrylands, Penrith.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering exceptional customer experiences through styling and personalised service
Coaching and developing team members to enhance selling capability and confidence
Supporting sales performance across key retail metrics including conversion, ATV, and units per transaction
Assisting with onboarding, training, and ongoing team development
Supporting rostering, productivity, and daily boutique operations
Maintaining visual merchandising and operational standards
Assisting with stock management, loss prevention, and inventory integrity
Acting as the boutique leader in their absence and providing leadership on the shop floor

The ideal candidate is an experienced retail professional with a passion for styling, customer engagement, and developing their leadership capability.
You will bring:
Experience within a customer-facing retail environment
A genuine passion for fashion, styling, and customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Emerging leadership experience with the desire to grow your retail career
Ability to coach, motivate, and support team performance
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A positive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
Confidence working in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining high standards
