The Role |
We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally-savvy Social Media, Content & Community Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping to bring our brand to life across social channels, creating engaging content, managing our online and IRL community, and supporting the execution of campaigns that drive reach, relevance, and resonance.
Social Media Management
• Own the day-to-day scheduling, posting, and publishing of content across our key social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Threads etc.)
• Work alongside the creative and marketing teams to bring brand campaigns, launches, and storytelling to life
• Maintain a consistent brand tone of voice and visual style across all platforms
• Stay on top of social media trends, emerging features, and competitor activity to keep our content fresh and engaging
• Help ideate, brief, shoot, and edit both short-form and static content (including Reels, TikToks, stories, behind-the-scenes, and memes)
• Assist with copywriting for social posts, captions, and community comms
• Coordinate influencer content and UGC repurposing for socials
• Engage daily with our audience – replying to DMs, comments, mentions, and brand tags in a way that feels genuine and on-brand
• Cultivate relationships with our community, superfans, creators, and brand ambassadors
• Support giveaways, product seeding, and surprise & delight moments to build brand love.
• Track and report on social performance weekly and monthly
• Analyse content engagement and community feedback to help optimise future strategy
