This brand is a progressive multi-brand womenswear fashion retailer who are the home of Australian contemporary and designer fashion. They are proud to showcase some of Australia’s leading Womenswear brands in their unique and immersive retail spaces and pride themself on providing an exceptional customer experience.
Based in their bustling Nedlands Boutique, they are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the team and drive the continued success of this boutique.
The Role |
The role of the Boutique Manager is to lead, nurture and inspire the boutique team in order to drive sales and create a standard of exceptional customer experience within the boutique. Reporting into and working alongside the General Manager and Directors you will:
Have experience in a previous store management role within the Australian Designer landscape
Lead, train and develop your team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional, authentic and genuine customer service that is inline with the brand’s core values
Be accountable for the team’s comprehensive understanding of brand, product knowledge, store presentation and customer experience and service standards
With the guidance and direction from the General Manager, lead and execute the store zoning strategy and structure that will set the daily tone and execute the broader Retail Monthly Strategy
Collaboratively work with your team to drive strong sales, customer experience results and conversions
Strong decision making skills and initiative to actively increase sales, brand awareness and retention when on the boutique floor
Take pride in maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the products, brands and industry trends
The Skillset |
You will have experience as a Store Manager in high-end or Designer environment
You will be a natural leader committed to inspiring, motivating and up-skilling your team
You will have a proven ability to drive strong sales results and execute a strategy
Available to work a Tuesday - Saturday roster
