The Role I
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead their James Street location.
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving sales performance, and overseeing all aspects of store operations. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships, developing your team, and ensuring the store is a must-visit destination.
You will lead from the front—motivating your team, maintaining high operational standards, and bringing the brand experience to life in-store.
The Skillset I
Proven experience in retail management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Commercial mindset with a focus on driving sales and performance.
Confident managing day-to-day operations including rostering, stock, and visual merchandising.
Positive, approachable, and professional communication style.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
