The Role |

As Boutique Manager, you will be the face of the Melbourne boutique, leading a small team and ensuring every client enjoys a warm, elevated, and memorable experience. You'll bring your passion for jewellery, strong attention to detail, and a people-first leadership style that inspires your team to deliver exceptional service every day. Reporting directly to the Founder, you'll play a key role in bringing the brand vision to life in-store, while driving performance and maintaining impeccable boutique standards.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop your boutique team to deliver a brand-aligned customer experience.

  • Deliver outstanding personalised customer service and aftercare to loyal and new clients.

  • Manage daily store operations, including rosters, inventory, boutique administration, and compliance.

  • Build strong client relationships, including bespoke and bridal appointments.

  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards and a beautiful boutique environment at all times.

  • Analyse store performance, manage KPIs, and identify opportunities to drive sales and efficiency.

  • Partner closely with the Founder and HQ on stock flow, marketing initiatives, and product launches.

The Skillset |

  • Proven experience as a Boutique/Store Manager in luxury or premium retail (fine jewellery ideal).

  • A confident and nurturing leader with strong communication skills.

  • Customer-centric, with a passion for storytelling and creating lasting client connections.

  • Sales-focused and commercially aware, with experience driving KPIs and store performance.

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and operational standards.

  • Confident using retail and business software (Shopify, Xero or similar).

  • A love for fine jewellery, craftsmanship, and meaningful, ethical retail.

  • Flexible and motivated by being part of a growing, founder-led business.
