You'll be all over the detail, from customer service and styling to commercial performance, store presentation and collaborate with a supportive HQ team to drive your business.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, develop and inspire a network of Store Managers to deliver strong commercial results.
Drive sales performance, productivity and profitability across your region.
Champion a customer-first culture, ensuring an elevated and consistent brand experience.
Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to drive sales and efficiency.
Coach and develop leaders through regular store visits, feedback and succession planning.
Ensure visual merchandising and operational standards are executed to brand expectations.
Partner closely with Head Office across buying, VM and people & culture functions.
Support new store openings and expansion within your region.
Foster a warm, inclusive and energetic culture that reflects the brand's values.
The Skillset |
Proven experience in a multi-site leadership role within fashion or lifestyle retail.
A natural people leader who leads with empathy but isn't afraid to call the shots.
With strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence and drive results.
A natural love of fashion, styling, and creating memorable in-store moments.
Passionate about people development, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
Highly adaptable, hands-on and comfortable in a fast-paced, growing business.
Naturally engaging, with the ability to build authentic relationships at all levels.
Aligned to a brand that values community, creativity and conscious retail.
