This American Fashion House is renowned for its approach to feminine design and is synonymous with joy! We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join their Perth DFO location. You will play a key role in leading a highly successful store – supporting your Store Manager to drive results, build a strong team culture, and deliver a memorable customer experience every single day.
We are seeking a confident, energetic, and people-focused leader who is passionate about retail, sales, and creating a fun, uplifting environment for both team and customers alike.
The Role |
You will lead from the shop floor – coaching and developing your team to deliver exceptional service, hit sales targets, and achieve KPI results. You understand how to motivate others, celebrate success, and build a culture that thrives on teamwork and accountability.
Working closely with your Store Manager and Support Office, you’ll contribute to the store’s overall commercial performance – ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently with the right product, systems, and people in place.
You’ll bring energy, optimism, and a genuine love for customer connection – finding new and creative ways to surprise and delight your clients while delivering an exceptional brand experience.
The Skillset |
Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or senior sales role within retail or hospitality.
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a team of 8–10 to exceed targets.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of KPIs, store operations, and visual merchandising.
Excellent communication skills with confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
A team player with exceptional attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset.
