As an Assistant Boutique Manager, you will play a key role in bringing this vision to life, supporting the Boutique Manager in leading a high-performing team, delivering exceptional client experiences, and driving boutique success through a combination of people leadership, styling expertise, and operational excellence.


The Role |

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Boutique Manager to join the Queens Plaza boutique. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role within a highly regarded luxury fashion business, supporting the day-to-day management of the boutique while leading from the front on the shop floor.

Working closely with the Boutique Manager, you will help cultivate a culture of excellence, build meaningful client relationships, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the brand's premium positioning.

  • Leadership | Support, coach, and inspire the boutique team through hands-on leadership, ongoing development, and leading by example.

  • Client Experience | Deliver personalised styling experiences and foster long-term client relationships built on trust and exceptional service.

  • Sales & Results | Support the achievement of sales targets, KPIs, and commercial objectives while contributing to a high-performance culture.

  • Operational Excellence | Assist with the day-to-day running of the boutique, including stock management, rostering support, visual presentation, and operational compliance.

  • Brand Standards | Champion the brand's values and ensure a consistently elevated customer experience.

  • Collaboration | Partner closely with the Boutique Manager, regional leadership team, and Head Office to drive business outcomes and team success.

The Skillset I

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Senior Supervisor, or leadership role within a premium or luxury retail environment.

  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to support sales performance and team productivity.

  • Passion for styling, fashion, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop retail teams.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.

  • A genuine desire to grow your retail leadership career within a luxury fashion environment.
