We are sourcing an Assistant Boutique Manager for their new store in Bondi Beach.
The Role |
Support the Store Manager and oversee the daily operations of the Bondi Beach boutique, ensuring sales targets are achieved and the customer experience is second to none.
Lead, train, and motivate your team to deliver excellence across service, styling, and store presentation.
Drive operational efficiency, including stock management, rosters, opening and closing procedures.
Execute brand visual merchandising standards to reflect seasonal campaigns and maximise sales.
Foster a collaborative, positive culture where your team can thrive and grow.
The Skills |
2-4 years of retail management experience in womenswear or fashion.
Proven ability to drive KPIs and deliver strong sales results.
Experience leading, training, and developing high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge of styling, trends, and visual merchandising.
Hands-on approach to operations and client relationship building.
