Contemporary Fine Jewellery House
Now Hiring in Melbourne

The Brand |

Our client is one of Australia's most exciting contemporary fine jewellery houses, celebrated for its distinctive design language, exceptional craftsmanship, and modern approach to luxury. With a devoted clientele and an aesthetic that feels both timeless and inherently individual, the brand has established itself as a coveted destination for fine jewellery, bridal, and meaningful pieces designed to mark life's most significant moments.

At the heart of the business is an incredibly personal approach to service. Every interaction is considered, every relationship nurtured, and every client experience designed to feel intimate and memorable.

An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Senior Client Advisor | 3IC to join the boutique team across four days per week.

The Role |

This is an elevated client-facing role for someone who understands that exceptional fine jewellery retail extends far beyond the transaction.

As Senior Client Advisor | 3IC, you will combine sophisticated clienteling and styling with emerging leadership responsibility. You'll build your own portfolio of clients, conduct private fine jewellery and bridal appointments, and guide clients through some of their most meaningful purchases.

Working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, you'll also act as a senior presence within the boutique—supporting the wider team, maintaining commercial focus, and stepping into leadership when required.

In addition, you will:

  • Deliver an exceptional and highly personalised client experience at every touchpoint.

  • Build genuine, long-term relationships while proactively developing your own client portfolio.

  • Drive individual and boutique sales through considered clienteling, styling, and exceptional product knowledge.

  • Conduct one-to-one private appointments across fine jewellery and wedding bands.

  • Manage the complete client journey from initial enquiry through to purchase, including bespoke, bridal, and high-value fine jewellery consultations.

  • Deliver thoughtful post-purchase follow-up, maintaining relationships around milestones and future opportunities.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate client profiles, preferences, and follow-up activity within the CRM.

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day operation of the boutique.

  • Act as a senior point of contact for the team in the absence of senior management.

  • Lead by example across client experience, communication, presentation, and commercial performance.

  • Support Client Advisors with product knowledge, client interactions, and CRM best practice.

  • Maintain team focus around daily and weekly sales objectives.

  • Support opening and closing procedures and take responsibility for the boutique when delegated.

  • Assist with resolving client concerns with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.

The Skillset |

We're looking for an accomplished retail professional who brings together elevated clienteling, commercial confidence, and natural leadership capability.

You will bring:

  • Experience within fine jewellery, luxury, premium fashion, bridal, or another highly personalised client environment.

  • An exceptional understanding of clienteling and the ability to develop meaningful, long-term relationships.

  • Confidence conducting private appointments and managing considered, high-value purchases.

  • A strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • An intuitive approach to styling, storytelling, and understanding individual client needs.

  • Excellent communication skills with warmth, polish, and discretion.

  • Strong organisational skills and confidence managing appointments, client follow-up, and CRM activity.

  • Previous senior, supervisory, or emerging leadership experience will be highly regarded.

  • A hands-on approach and willingness to support the wider team wherever required.

  • A genuine appreciation for fine jewellery, craftsmanship, design, and exceptional service.

The Offer |

  • Four-day working week: Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday.

  • 9:30am - 5:00pm roster.

  • The opportunity to join one of Australia's most exciting contemporary fine jewellery houses.

  • Work closely with an experienced boutique leadership team while continuing to develop your own leadership capability.

  • Build a genuine portfolio of clients and become a trusted advisor across fine jewellery, bridal, and milestone purchases.

  • Exposure to bespoke and high-value jewellery consultations.

  • A considered, design-led environment where exceptional service and meaningful relationships are genuinely valued.

  • The opportunity to grow your career within an established and highly regarded Australian luxury business.
