The Talent Mill has a beautiful new partnership with a premium Chocolatier – with a focus on local, high quality ingredients and the ultimate craftmanship. We are seeking a passionate and supportive Store Manager to join this Australian founded business in their retail store in Canberra.
In this role you will have a clear passion and understanding of the customer base, aesthetic and driving a retail business in Canberra. You will lead a developed team including an established management support team and understand how to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time role with some weekend work as a requirement reporting directly to the GM of Retail.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Deliver the ultimate customer service experience
Drive sales to hit daily store targets and KPI’S
Daily management of stock to minimise stock loss and maximise sales
Implement brand visual merchandising strategies
Maintain and manage all operational responsibilities
Lead, develop, motivate, support and succession plan your team in a dynamic and inspirational manner
Lead a High-Performance Culture
Effectively manage and resolve any performance issues with diplomacy and a level of communication
Develop and drive in depth knowledge of product and standards
Ensure the presentation and visual standards are met in accordance with brand expectations
Manage rostering in line with budgets
Drive Productivity Through Systems and Processes
Responsible for the financial performance and results of the store.
Develop opportunities to maximise volume and revenue.
