Picture yourself in the role:
Working closely with the Founder and Growth Marketing Manager - you’ll be responsible for setting the strategy and owning the performance channels to help them acquire customers and build their brand to exponential levels.
You’ll be finding innovative ways to improve existing channels, testing, and scaling new channels before anyone else, optimising for the return on our ad spend and collaborating with the wider team.

Constantly thinking about company-wide optimisations that are low impact, high return
Optimise existing channels so that they are an industry leader
Completely scale channels from the ground up to diversify the marketing mix.
Access to Australia’s top marketers
Find inventive, efficient ways to test as much creative as possible
Set the strategy for performance marketing when they launch new products and new markets
Hire your own team so that as they scale even faster, they have the best talent to support this growth
Get into the nitty-gritty of their top-performing ads and share learnings with the team so they are constantly finding golden nugget ads that provide huge returns

Other skills and qualities we look highly upon:
At least 3 years of recent experience in performance marketing for a consumer brand (ideally a startup or brand that has rapidly scaled)
Experience scaling paid channels (social and search) with proven success in keeping CACs low
Demonstrated results in testing and scaling new channels
Strong data analysis skills (google sheets, data studio, analytics)
A growth mindset - using your initiative to continuously improve and stretch your capabilities
Ability to analyse the performance of all paid media channels together
