eCommerce & CRM Manager - Online Fashion - Sydney

The ECommerce & CRM Manager plays a key role in driving the brand's conversion, revenue targets and ultimately growth across the ECommerce platform via the CRM database. This role is responsible for the daily management and enhancement of the website and the ongoing development of the team that supports this function.

You’ll oversee and manage the ECommerce team and budgets to ensure efficient operation of the website, seamless integration with complimentary systems including inventory and CRM systems for EDM management and drive all Ecomm. activity to hit performance KPIs.

You will be required to use best practice and trending UX/UI principles and tools to deliver an outstanding experience for customers, continuously increasing conversion and repeat purchases through clever and strategic SEO.

Key to this role is managing and growing the US site, ensuring the offering is tailored to the US customer.

Key responsibilities

  • Owning and driving strong performance of all website metrics including conversion, site stability and uptime ( Magento2) and site speed (New Relic) etc.

  • Coach, mentor and develop direct reports; monitor their performance and coach for improvement

  • AB & multivariate conversion optimisation testing (AB Tasty)

  • SEO - onsite, navigation and taxonomy, 3rd party sites and blog

  • Site merchandising, search & VM strategies

  • Management of website development agency ensuring works are to budget

  • Project management of agile releases (2-3 per month)

  • Plan and forecast budgets and maintain regular reporting

  • Stay on top of key trends in ECommerce, UX and CX, best practices and new technologies and proactively communicate to the Lead Team for consideration

CRM Responsibilities

  • Ownership of CLTV metric as key metric

  • Automation strategy (Dot Digital)

  • Work closely with the Lead Team to determine customer lifecycle, repurchase and retention and lead generation strategies

  • Segmentation strategy and implementation - based on RFM segments

  • Maintain customer data and work on strategies to increase the procurement of customer data to better inform business decisions

  • Implementation of all marketing campaigns per the marketing calendar

  • Manage and create the email marketing schedule and briefing documents

  • Manage EDM testing to ensure successful execution

Preferred Skills & Experience you will bring

  • 5+ years’+ in a similar ECommerce & CRM role

  • Strong working knowledge of Magento is a must

  • Fashion experience is essential

  • Proven track record of successful inventory system integration

  • Both strategic and hands-on - can operate successfully across this spectrum

  • UX/UI experience including conversion optimisation tools

  • Advanced Excel incl pivot tables, v-lookups, macros for reporting and data management is essential

  • Strong analytical, numeracy and reporting skills with a commercial mindset

  • Great leadership skills

  • Exceptional communicator and can influence with credibility

  • Ability to work autonomously and to deadlines

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment working with entrepreneurial minds

  • Trends, Designs, Brands and Social Media savvy

  • Creative, problem-solving skills
