As a Digital Operations Specialist at Slyletica your role is to be the primary person responsible for all client digital operations and web execution and delivery of our client’s marketing projects within quality, time and budget requirements.
The Digital Operations Specialist has an in-depth understanding of project management tools and organisation flow, but also is comfortable executing on the tools from website project work, maintenance, set up of applications and integrations. You will in partnership with the eCommerce Account Manager ensure seamless and efficient delivery of digital marketing projects that range from complex e-commerce websites to email marketing and SEO.

You should be methodical and have excellent time management, with an in-depth knowledge of how to deliver above customer’s expectations whilst able to ensure that projects are kept to a strict timeline, as well as maintaining strong technical knowledge including technology integrations, basic strategy principles, broad marketing concepts, analytics and all the keys to enterprise growth.
Your role will be to coordinate the execution of the project through internal and external stakeholders (ie web developers, and the wider marketing team.) and some hands-on work including simple website maintenance, connecting social media accounts, and eCommerce management. You will be responsible of the delegation of digital marketing tasks to manage workflow and ensure that projects are kept to a strict timeline, as well as maintaining strong technical knowledge including technology integrations, basic strategy principles, broad marketing concepts, analytics and all the keys to enterprise growth.
What you need to succeed: To be effective in this role you will need to be extremely organised, a quick thinker who loves to problem solve, is passionate and determined, pays attention to detail, and have exceptional client management skills. You should be methodical and have excellent time management, with an in-depth knowledge of how to deliver above customer’s expectations. We are looking for someone who can thrive in an innovative, entrepreneurial environment and a self-starter. Strong systems and software experience is an absolute MUST including Mailchimp and ideally Shopify.
Specifically, you will bring a background in:
A developed understanding of the backend of Shopify (basic integrations, troubleshooting, change images etc)
Digital Marketing/ IT or Computer Science
Developed Digital Marketing experience ideally in an agency
Familiarity with Paid Advertising (Google and Facebook)
Management systems and HTML/CSS
Experience with digital copywriting
Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
Knowledge of UE software
Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
Troubleshooting capability, calm under pressure and a strong communicator
