As a Senior Digital & eCommerce Manager – Client Lead at Slyletica your role is to manage all client projects within the Digital Marketing department and ensure high level of client service along with the delivery of projects within time and budget requirements. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of a broad spectrum of projects, from ideation through to completion.
You will be responsible for leading a team of 4 across digital advertising, order fulfilment, customer service and technical needs of the client. You will ensure the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including site launches, online tools, web applications and advertising campaigns.
The Senior Digital & eCommerce Manager – Client Lead has an in-depth understanding of the latest technology in ecommerce, particularly Shopify. As a manager and client-facing team member, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively across the company.
To be effective in this role you will need to be extremely organised, a quick thinker who loves to problem solve, is passionate and determined, pays attention to detail, and have exceptional client management attributes. You will support the supervision of the wider digital marketing team, as well as maintaining strong technical knowledge including technology integrations, basic strategy principles, broad marketing concepts, analytics and all the keys to enterprise growth.
What We’re Looking For:
Digital Marketing, Engineering, IT or Computer Science qualified
Developed experience with Shopify
4+ years of digital marketing and eCommerce experience ideally within a fashion brand or digital marketing agency that works with eCommerce brands
Excellent client management experience
Understanding of ecommerce optimisation
Management systems and HTML/CSS
Knowledge of UE software
Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
Experience with Zoho highly regarded
Strong digital systems experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Capacity to manage high stress situations
Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
