Customer Service & Office Manager - Athleisure Agency - Melbourne

Who are we? The world’s only “done with you” service at Slyletica we work with influencers and entrepreneurs looking to start their own brand.

Slyletica is a full-service fashion agency that specialises in building trend-led activewear and athleisure brands through custom manufacturing, original garment design, marketing, and brand development. Due to growth we are seeking a talented Office Manager/Customer Service Champion to join our team part time.

This role is centralized around customer service, logistics, office management & administration – in short you will be known for being an organisation King or Queen – and able to manage conflicting deadlines with confidence. Supporting our Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator, you will join us in a time of growth and love a role that is chock full of variety across online customer service, logistics coordination and general office management and administration duties.

This is a broad support role, where a high achiever who is focused on attention to detail and delivering results in a timely fashion is key. Strong administrative skills, commercial thinking and a customer-centric approach is crucial. You will be the point of contact for customers of our distribution partners, ensuring questions are answered and orders are dispatched in a timely order.

We love to have fun, and so should you – Customer Service should be something you LOVE and you are keen to incorporate customer experience as part of your career journey, delighting customers and resolving any issues is second nature and you have an inherent understanding of why this is so crucial to a business.

We are seeking someone to work Monday – Friday 5 hours a day but can be flexible with this for the right person!

What We’re Looking For:

This is a hands-on role, suited to a go getter who loves organisation, has an eye for detail, and enjoys a lot of variety.

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role – but online customer service is an absolute must!

  • Experience with Shopify and a general affinity with systems would be hugely beneficial

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Well-developed organisational and time management skills

  • Experience in the use of Microsoft programs, and Stock Management programs

  • Good numerical and analytical skills

  • Clear verbal and written communication style

  • Work within an environment with conflicting priorities, and adapt working style to meet changing needs

  • Effective time management and a commitment to working within timelines and meeting deadlines

  • Effective management of internal and external relationships and ability to work in a team environment

We are looking for someone who can thrives in an innovative, entrepreneurial environment and a self- starter. Strong systems and software experience is an absolute MUST plus an ability to get your hands dirty and get the job done!
