Cluster Manager - Aus Designer fashion - Northern Beaches
The Talent Mill has a beautiful new partnership with one of the fastest growing Aus Designer fashion brands based on Sydney’s Northern beaches. With a focus on effortless elevation and Byron Bay’esque aesthetic – we are seeking a dedicated Cluster Manager who will drive retail standards across their boutiques in Freshwater, Byron Bay and Noosa. This will grow into an Area Manager role in the next 24 months.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cluster Manger to join the fold to lead and develop the retail team. The Cluster Manager will be based in the Freshwater boutique 3 days a week and 2 days in head office and will have a people-focused mindset and a natural ability to lead and empower their team to achieve success through a memorable customer experience in their region. RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver exceptional customer service across your region
Drive sales to hit daily store targets and KPI’S within your region
Implement, develop and manage all operational/ training processes & procedures
Lead, develop, motivate, support and succession plan your team in a dynamic and inspirational manner
Manage stocktakes and ensure stock levels are at an optimum level to maximize sales for your region
Ensure the highest level of presentation and visual merchandising standards
Manage rostering in line with wage budgets
Provide daily and weekly communication to your team and management
Identify key areas of growth and opportunity
ABOUT YOU
Previous cluster / multisite management experience in a fashion brand is essential (or extensive experience as a Store Manager of a larger format, high profile store)
Passionate, energetic, empathetic, and driven
Experience in managing, mentoring, and leading a team to success
Continually achieved and exceeded store sale targets + KPI’S through exceptional customer service
Experience and success working in a fast-paced business
Experience in styling, wardrobing and visual merchandising advantageous
