With boutiques across the country and a new chapter unfolding in Australia, they remain proudly purpose-led and genuinely people-focused. They're now looking for a Store Manager to take the reins of their popular Sylvia Park, Auckland location and continue elevating the brand experience.


The Role |

This is your opportunity to lead continued performance growth, develop a passionate and engaged retail team, and create memorable in-store experiences. Your focus will span brand elevation, execution of retail strategy, and delivering strong commercial results.

This role is ideal for a driven, people-focused retail leader who has managed teams of around 7+ and understands how to balance sales performance, commercial outcomes, and exceptional customer experience.

You will be setting the standard for the store's culture and ensuring the brand's experience comes to life for every customer. You'll drive the team - inspiring and empowering your people while fostering an inclusive, uplifting environment. You'll bring a high level of care, and operational excellence to everything you do.

  • Drive excellence across all day-to-day operations across the boutique.

  • Build and coach a team of stylists to deliver a brand aligned customer experience.

  • Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to drive sales and efficiency.

  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.

  • Develop a warm, inclusive and energetic culture that reflects the brand's values.

You will bring evident experience in a retail manager role, and you value a high performance environment and the associated rewards. You are:
