The Brand |
 
Our client is one of New Zealand's longest-standing luxury brands. With over 50 years' experience, known for premium design and a strong focus on quality, craftsmanship and use of natural fibres. We are looking for a strong leader to take full ownership of the Queenstown, NZ Flagship store. This role is a hands-on leadership role inside a privately owned New Zealand brand with real influence over performance, culture and customer experience.
 
The Role |

This is more than a store management role. It's an opportunity to grow with a respected New Zealand brand. If you enjoy leading from the front, building genuine client relationships, and driving results in a premium environment, this role will suit you.

In addition, You will:

  • Lead and develop a small, high-performing retail team.

  • Drive sales, conversion and client retention.

  • Be present on the floor - styling customers and setting the service standard.

  • Oversee stock flow, VM and daily operations.

  • Maintain a calm, premium in-store environment.

  • Work directly with ownership on store performance and direction.

  • This role has genuine autonomy. You will shape the rhythm, standards and commercial results of the store.

The Skillset |

You may come from luxury retail, boutique hospitality, tourism, or another premium service environment. What matters is that you:

  • Have proven leadership experience.

  • Understand high-end customer service.

  • Are commercially aware and performance-driven.

  • Lead by example and hold strong standards.

  • Present professionally and operate with confidence.

You don't need to come from fashion - but you do need to understand quality and premium service.
