The Role I
As Store Manager, you will lead the successful launch of this new store, taking full ownership of performance, people, and operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving sales performance and achieving targets.
Leading visual merchandising to brand standards.
Managing inventory and stock flow.
Recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing team.
Your focus will be on delivering a premium customer experience while implementing processes that support strong commercial results and operational excellence.
The Skillset I
We are looking for a dynamic retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
You will bring:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar retail management role.
Strong leadership and people development skills.
A commercial mindset with a focus on driving results.
Solid computer literacy.
Retail qualifications (advantageous, not essential).
A natural alignment with a culture of energy, inclusivity, and teamwork.
