We are now looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead their Jindalee Outlet, taking ownership of a high-volume store and an established, experienced team.
The Role |
As Store Manager, you'll lead from the front, creating a warm and engaging store environment while driving strong commercial and operational performance.
You'll be supported by a part-time Assistant Store Manager and experienced senior team members, giving you the opportunity to focus on developing your people, elevating the customer experience and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
This role will suit a confident leader who can balance premium service with the pace and commercial demands of outlet retail.
You will be responsible for:
Leading, coaching and developing an experienced retail team
Driving sales, budgets, KPIs and overall store performance
Creating an elevated, customer-first experience
Building strong relationships with a loyal and established customer base
Providing regular coaching, feedback and development
Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation
Managing high-volume stock processes and daily operations
Using commercial judgement to maximise product and sales opportunities
Creating clear priorities and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Building a positive, inclusive and accountable team culture

We're looking for an experienced and credible retail leader who combines strong commercial capability with a genuine passion for people and customer experience.
You may already be an established Store Manager or an experienced multi-site leader looking for your next opportunity. Most importantly, you'll bring the leadership presence and maturity to confidently connect with both an experienced team and an established customer base.
You will bring:
Previous Store Manager experience within a fast-paced retail environment
Experience leading a high-volume or high-turnover store
Outlet, big-box or large-format retail experience will be highly regarded
Strong commercial capability across sales, budgets and KPIs
Confidence coaching, developing and motivating an established team
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to navigate performance conversations with maturity
Strong operational capability across stock, VM and store standards
A polished and customer-focused leadership style
The ability to hit the ground running and confidently take ownership of your store
