The Role I
This is more than a Store Manager role — it's an opportunity to lead, inspire, and elevate. As Store Manager, you are the heartbeat of the business on the ground. You will own the performance of your store end-to-end, bringing the brand to life through an exceptional customer experience, a high-performing team, and a relentless focus on results.
You will lead from the front at their Homebush store — setting the standard in service, driving commercial outcomes, and creating a culture where your team feels empowered, motivated, and proud of what they deliver.
From achieving strong sales and profit performance, to building a best-in-class team and executing flawless operations, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of the store and the wider region.
