An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Store Manager to lead their Chatswood boutique. This boutique services a discerning clientele, making this the perfect opportunity for a retail leader who understands the importance of clienteling, styling, and creating unforgettable luxury experiences.
The Role |
We're looking for an inspiring and commercially minded Store Manager to lead the Chatswood boutique, creating an elevated customer experience while driving commercial success.
This is a boutique where service comes first. You'll lead from the front, building genuine relationships with a loyal VIP client base while developing a team that delivers exceptional styling experiences every single day.
Working closely with the Area Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape the boutique's culture, strengthen local client connections, and continue building the reputation of one of the brand's newest locations.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing boutique team through hands-on leadership.
Deliver a luxury client experience centred around styling, relationship building, and personalised service.
Drive sales performance, boutique profitability, and key retail KPIs.
Build and nurture a loyal VIP client database through exceptional clientelling.
Recruit, onboard, and develop passionate retail talent.
Maintain impeccable boutique presentation, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
Analyse business performance and identify opportunities to grow sales and customer loyalty.
Partner closely with the Area Manager to continually elevate the performance of the boutique.
Foster a collaborative, positive, and customer-focused team culture.
The Skillset |
We're looking for an experienced premium fashion retailer who genuinely loves styling, luxury service, and developing people.
You will bring:
Previous Store Management experience within premium or contemporary fashion.
A proven ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver an elevated styling experience.
Experience leading and developing high-performing retail teams.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
A genuine passion for fashion, styling, and creating memorable customer experiences.
High attention to detail and pride in maintaining premium visual standards.
Mandarin language skills will be highly regarded, given the boutique's client demographic.
Experience from premium Australian and contemporary designer brands will be highly regarded.
