We’re currently searching for a leader with the ability to inspire teams, cultivate meaningful client relationships, and uphold exceptional operational and presentation standards across their Boutique in Westfield Carousel.

The Role | 

As a Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring the boutique becomes a destination for fashion lovers. You'll oversee the day-to-day retail operations, inventory management, inducting, leading and developing the retail team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

In addition, you will:

  • Drive sales performance, exceed KPIs, and grow the boutique’s customer base.

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing retail team. 

  • Provide ongoing customer service training and coaching to your team utilising company training manuals, workshops and guidelines.

  • Manage stock, visual merchandising, and store presentation.

  • Take ownership of resolving client issues or complaints with empathy.

The Skillset | 

To be successful in this role we are looking for profiles with prior Retail leadership experience. In addition:

  • You have minimum 2 years + in a similar role, with proven leadership experience.

  • You lead from the front in all that you do, are hands on and are passionate about the continued growth and upskilling of your team.

  • A natural brand ambassador, you promote and create a positive, supportive team and collaborative working environment, aligned with Company Values.

  • You possess strong leadership skills with a passion for inspiring and unlocking potential in your team.

  • You can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • You have proven customer service abilities with a track record of strong sales results.
