Our client is a premium fashion retailer known for delivering an elevated and highly personalised customer experience. With a strong focus on styling, service, and creating meaningful client relationships, they have built a loyal following and an established presence within the Australian retail landscape.
 
As part of an exciting period of growth, they are preparing to open a brand-new boutique in Armadale and are seeking an experienced and inspiring Store Manager to lead the launch. This is a unique opportunity to build and develop a high-performing team, establish a strong local client base, and play a key role in shaping the success of a new retail destination from day one.

The Role |

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for bringing the brand to life within the local community while driving commercial success, client engagement, and operational excellence.
Leading from the front, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional styling and service experiences, while fostering a culture built on connection, collaboration, and performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the successful opening and ongoing operation of the new Armadale boutique

  • Driving sales performance through client relationship management and personalised service

  • Recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing store team

  • Creating an elevated and welcoming in-store experience for every client

  • Building a loyal client database through outreach, styling appointments, and community engagement

  • Overseeing daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and online fulfilment

  • Ensuring brand standards are consistently executed across all touchpoints

  • Driving team engagement, productivity, and commercial outcomes

The Skillset |

The ideal candidate is a passionate retail leader who thrives in a boutique environment and is excited by the opportunity to launch a new store.
You will also bring:

  • Previous Store Management experience within fashion, premium, or contemporary retail

  • A proven ability to drive sales and exceed performance targets

  • Strong leadership skills with experience developing and motivating retail teams

  • Exceptional clientelling and relationship-building capabilities

  • A genuine passion for styling, fashion, and customer experience

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

  • A positive, energetic, and hands-on leadership style

  • Flexibility to work across weekends and key retail trading periods
