We are now looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead their QVB location in the heart of Sydney CBD, taking ownership of a premium retail environment where every detail matters..
The Role |
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the overall performance of the QVB store, leading from the floor and inspiring your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll combine strong commercial leadership with a genuine passion for people, product and service. From developing future leaders and driving sales to maintaining exceptional presentation and operational standards, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact across all areas of the business.
You will be responsible for:
Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team
Driving sales, budgets, KPIs and overall store profitability
Creating warm, immersive and memorable customer experiences
Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members and future leaders
Building strong product knowledge and bringing the brand's craftsmanship and stories to life
Maintaining exceptional product presentation and visual merchandising standards
Setting daily sales targets and coaching your team to achieve results
Managing rosters, labour costs and staffing requirements
Overseeing stock management, ordering, rotation and waste minimisation
Maintaining strong operational, food safety and compliance standards
Creating a positive culture built around trust, accountability and recognition
Working collaboratively with regional leadership and wider support teams

We're looking for an experienced, commercially driven and people-focused Store Manager who understands how to create an exceptional retail experience while delivering strong business results.
You'll be a confident and engaging leader who loves being present on the floor, developing people and creating an environment where both customers and team members feel genuinely valued.
You will bring:
Previous Store Manager experience within a premium or fast-paced retail environment
A proven track record of driving sales, budgets and KPIs
Strong coaching, recruitment and team development capability
A genuine passion for elevated customer service and product storytelling
Confidence managing rosters, labour costs and operational performance
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong attention to detail across product presentation and visual merchandising
The ability to build trust, create accountability and inspire a positive team culture
A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused leadership style
A genuine interest in premium food, lifestyle or experience-led retail
